Optimum Vertical Dialing


Optimum provides a vertical dialing feature for each dialing option (Power, Progressive, and Preview) for debt management agencies and other organizations that must urgently get in touch with contacts on any of the contacts’ phone numbers. 

Each contact can be configured with 3 phone numbers, and the Optimum dialer will prioritize live connections with each contact rather than penetrating through the calling list.
